Josephine G Payge is a qualified spiritual healer with a background in therapeutic movement - both the Gyrotonic Expansion System and the Pilates Method. She has over fifty years of experience in various methods of meditation and relaxation.

Some examples of her recorded guided meditations and visualisations are available. She is non denominational but deeply immersed in several daily spiritual practices that enable her to connect readily to the healing energies.
